Stock Spring Return Charges - If the wrong product was ordered:
Stock items returned because the wrong product was ordered are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee plus freight charges. Parts must be returned in the same condition that they were when shipped from Katy Spring.
Stock Spring Returns - If Katy Spring shipped the wrong catalog item:
Stock items shipped from Katy Spring that is not the correct product ordered can be returned at no charge. Katy Spring will replace stock items with the correct item and return at no charge provided items are returned in the same condition as they were when shipped from Katy Spring.
Custom Products:
Custom products made to the exact specifications of the customer are not returnable.
In the rare event that there is a problem, contact Katy Spring, and your custom product discrepancy will be handled very quickly through Katy Spring's quality system and professional staff.
If a product is damaged in transit:
Damaged packages will be picked up by the freight company for damage control and inspection. Credit will be issued after the freight company verifies their damage. Please notify Katy Spring in the rare event damage freight is received.
