Springs Prototype & Sample Options

Due to the large number of prototype and sample part inquiries we receive at Katy Spring, we offer the following options which are posted for your convenience. Katy Spring refrains from referring to these options "as policy" as we are flexible in discussing with our customers' their unique requirements.

OPTION 1
Check to see if the part is available on our online catalog at www.katyspring.com, click on "Online Catalog".

OPTION 2
If a custom spring is required and the application will not develop into a larger "production" run, a competitive price will be bid for the amount needed.

OPTION 3
If a custom spring is required, and the application of a new design needs to be tested, a 50% credit of the sample order will be applied to the production order upon invoicing the production order.

OPTION 4
After receipt of a production order, if a 1st article sample is required for a proven application, a sample can be provided at no charge provided a response to the inspection is given in a reasonable amount of time, 24-48 hours after receipt.
