WARRANTY
Katy Spring warrants products against defect for a period of 1 year after receipt of order. Katy Spring disclaims all other warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Katy Spring shall not be liable for consequential, punitive, incidental, or speculative damages resulting from breach of warranty. Katy Spring's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Purchaser. This warranty is not assignable by the purchaser.
MANUFACTURING
No material may be returned without prior consent by Katy Spring. Dimensions without tolerances will be made to SMI (Spring Manufacturer's Institute;
www.smihq.org) standards: box tolerances do not apply. Katy Spring will not be liable for plating as to the effect it may have on the material.
TOOLING
If applicable, special tooling will remain the property of Katy Spring. Katy Spring agrees to maintain the tooling and keep them in good working order.
No changes or additional costs will be applied to the tooling without prior written consent.
GENERAL
Overages and shortages shall not exceed ten percent unless stated on the customer purchase order. Purchaser accepts liability for copyright and/or patent infringements by goods manufactured to the Purchaser's specifications. For customer supplied material, a reasonable amount of excess material should be supplied for scrap.
